Appointment with a professional notary at your location. Documents include but not limited to Affidavits, Simple Power of Attorney, Medical Forms. Base price includes one form and one signer. Additional signature services available. Additional travel fee may applies.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To respect our time and travel commitments, the following policies apply: Cancellations made more than 1 hour before the appointment time: No fee Cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled time: $25 fee No-Shows (not present or unprepared after a 15-minute grace period): A full travel fee will be charged If travel has already begun, the full travel fee will apply Any fees due must be paid prior to rescheduling future appointments By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.
