Service Description
Appointment with a professional notary at your location. Documents include but not limited to Affidavits, Powers of Attorney, Medical Forms, Deeds, and Wills. Base price includes travel within 10 miles and one (1) notarized signature. All signers must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (e.g., Driver's License or Passport). Please contact us in advance if you need documents printed or scanned back to you.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To respect our time and travel commitments, the following policies apply: Cancellations made more than 1 hour before the appointment time: No fee Cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled time: $25 fee No-Shows (not present or unprepared after a 15-minute grace period): A full travel fee will be charged If travel has already begun, the full travel fee will apply Any fees due must be paid prior to rescheduling future appointments By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.
