Service Description

This comprehensive package is designed specifically for complex document sets including Last Will & Testaments, Living Trusts, Healthcare Proxies, and Powers of Attorney. All signers must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (e.g., Driver's License or Passport). Package Includes: Full Document Review: We ensure all signature lines, initials, and dates are completed accurately. Signer Verification: Verification for up to five (5) signers/witnesses. Notarization: Up to 10 notarial acts included in the base price. Travel: Professional mobile service to your home, office, or hospital bedside. Note: Additional signatures beyond the first 10 are $2.00 each. Travel fees for locations outside of our standard service area may apply. Printing Services: We offer professional printing for your estate planning documents. Please email your documents to us at least 24 hours in advance. A small printing and preparation fee will apply based on page count. Please Note: As Notaries Public, we are not attorneys and are prohibited by law from providing legal advice or drafting legal documents. We do not provide blank forms. All documents must be prepared and ready for notarization at the time of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To respect our time and travel commitments, the following policies apply: Cancellations made more than 1 hour before the appointment time: No fee Cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled time: $25 fee No-Shows (not present or unprepared after a 15-minute grace period): A full travel fee will be charged If travel has already begun, the full travel fee will apply Any fees due must be paid prior to rescheduling future appointments By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.
