Service Description
We provide end-to-end management for your international document needs. While the New York Secretary of State can only apostille documents issued within NY, we also provide expert assistance with Federal and out-of-state documents to ensure your entire package is covered. Beyond simple notarization, we coordinate directly with the necessary government agencies to ensure your documents are fully authenticated and ready for use abroad. All signers must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (e.g., Driver's License or Passport).
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To respect our time and travel commitments, the following policies apply: Cancellations made more than 1 hour before the appointment time: No fee Cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled time: $25 fee No-Shows (not present or unprepared after a 15-minute grace period): A full travel fee will be charged If travel has already begun, the full travel fee will apply Any fees due must be paid prior to rescheduling future appointments By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.
